Building a branded house
As MedDeviceCo was navigating shifts to new platforms for both their public websites and their portals, they were also undergoing a shift to their brand – from a house of brands where many products had their own brand names and unique brand elements (mark, logo, etc.) to a branded house or master brand. This shift had implications way beyond digital properties, but our job was to help make that transition as seamless as possible and help ensure consistent adherence to the new brand guidance for future digital properties

Keeping everyone on the same page
Genuine helped MedDeviceCo define governance processes and develop a number of tools to enable stakeholders to deploy brand- and regulatory-compliant digital experiences for a broad range of applications, including:
Governance Website - Through a series of audits and working sessions with a range of MedDeviceCo stakeholders, Genuine developed an overall website structure and content outline to guide the creation of policies and procedures for deploying new digital experiences.
Component Library & Style Guide - Genuine conducted an audit across MedDeviceCo’s digital properties and developed documentation to implement and enforce an ecosystem-wide design system that continues to be rolled out.
Website Starter Kits - Genuine developed “white sites” that contain templates and components with guidance for how to best utilize the system to deploy digital experiences -- promoting a more self-service approach.
