We come from ad agencies, tech startups, design studios and nonprofits with great respect for each other's diverse points of view. And that includes our clients'. We do retros, we send clients biannual report cards. (Really.) We ask how we're doing, encourage feedback and show each other appreciation.
We're passionate people.
We're not just strategists, technologists, creatives, account and project managers. We're DJs, fine artists, gardeners, gamers, musicians, surfers and tequila sommeliers. (Ok, only one of us is a tequila somm.) We're united by a love for digital and the work that we do, but there's more to life than work.
