What is the Role?

The Project Manager will work closely with team members across all capabilities and across a portfolio of clients and/or projects to deliver various digital projects. The Project Manager will manage the daily activities of various small to mid-sized digital projects including landing pages, microsites and website redesigns/builds. The Project Manager will develop clear and detailed project timelines, dependencies, milestones and tasks for concurrent projects. The ideal candidate has strong time management skills and a passion for details. They aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to get the project done on time and on budget.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage the day-to-day of projects from initiation through implementation and deployment
  • Monitor financial performance of accounts/projects including scopes of work, burn reports and forecasting
  • Work cross-functionally to plan projects, define milestones, assess risk and streamline processes to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Partner with the account lead to create and maintain a successful client relationship and ensure the workflow, documentation, and agency standards are being upheld
  • Adept at anticipating problems and recognizing opportunities in a fast-paced environment
  • Lead effective client and internal meetings complete with agendas and document next steps/key decisions
  • Use project management tools including: Smartsheets, Basecamp, JIRA, and Mavenlink to help track progression of projects
  • Participate in creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment. Actively support and engage in creating and sustaining a workplace that fosters creativity and innovation
  • Assist senior team members as needed
  • May be required to visit clients onsite as directed by account team and manager


What You’ll Need

  • 3-5 years of project management experience required
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and deliver quality results
  • Exposure to scoping, burn report tracking, and understanding of relationship when scheduling projects
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to embrace ambiguity and adapt to constant change is necessary.
  • An effective problem-solver on a day-to-day basis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including effective presentation skills
  • Proficient with Smartsheet/MS Project, MS Office Suite and Google docs
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools such as Basecamp, JIRA, and Mavenlink is preferred
  • Basic knowledge/experience working with various CMS platforms (PHP, .NET, etc.) is preferred though the ability to program is not necessary
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high volume environment both as an individual contributor as well as an individual in a team environment
  • Knowledge of digital campaign lifecycle and web development lifecycles preferred
  • Agency experience preferred
