Is there a health camp/spa/clinic setting where a morbidly obese woman 500+ pounds can go to lose weight, get physical therapy, balance meds, work on nutrition related to diabetes, meditate, and learn skills on changing lifelong habits near the midwest?

AMA (American medical association) website is your best bet. There, they have doctors’ names specializing in particular aspect of medicine. If I were you that’s my starting point.

Next, I will check that doctor’s credentials, success rate etc..and call for the initial appt. I know you will find it difficult to travel there, so I am sure some do home visits.

It starts with you. Of course, you have taken the first step. You have understood what needs to be done. Congratulations. Take small steps. You will be back to where you want again.

It has taken ‘this many years’ to get here. Give yourself at least ‘half this many years’ to get back to where you want.

You are beautiful and you will stay beautiful. Making small changes like this will pay off big.

Really depends on what you want. Good combination for a real chillout and spoiler is a specialist B&B in Skye with literally 100yds away a Holistic Therapist plus a Qualified Mountain Guide for walks if you want them. The B&B has Sauna etc and the site is smack in the middle of the Cuillin Mountains some of the most spectacular in Britain. Today as I was watching tv, I noticed that there are about 5 million beauty treatments in the world. Different kinds of lotions and face washes, make ups. What happened to the old school beauty treatments that our parents and grandparents used. Does anyone know of a web site or a book that has "true" beauty secrets.

yes indeed have you tried it? You take the egg(sperate out the white,whip up the white,and yolk seperately,spread the yolk all over face, then after 15 minutes rinse off and put the egg white all over face.

Well, I’ve tried a very similar recipe that’s on http://www.oldenbuzz.com. It worked beautifully. If you’re looking for facial treatments using egg white or egg yolk, there are at least half a dozen on that web site. I’ve copied two below.

Home treatments are the way to go–they’re cheap, they work, and you know exactly what goes into the product.

► Honey White Mask

1 egg white
1 teaspoon honey
3 drops lemon juice

Mix ingredients together. Apply to skin, and leave on for at least 15 minutes. Remove with a warm rinse, and follow with a cold rinse.

Use this mask even on sensitive skin.

► Egg Yolk Mask for Dry Skin

1 egg yolk
6 drops of vegetable oil

Mix ingredients. Smooth onto the face. Allow the mask to dry. Remove with warm water, followed by a cold water rinse.

Depends on the place and their rules. Some will let a little one slide, others will always say no. I will say though that working with spa chemicals day in and day out will fade the tattoo faster and your clients may be a little put off by a tattoo that looks like it was done in a prison later on. Just be careful and protect it well if you go for it! Good luck

Product kickbacks, Increased sales revenue. That is all I can think of because I usually tune out when they are trying to sell me all the gunk.

OK so it’s not like I have NOTHING to do during the holidays but some days i really have nothing planned and I’d like to have a beauty day or hour or whatever with my sis tomorrow.
