whats the best Health/wellness/spa resort in europe to send a couple?

must be excellent, cheap, in a country with EURO, and a great place for a retired couple!

The Gellert in Budapest is wonderful. Right over the baths, many different spa rooms, downtown, cheap and will soon enough use the Euro.

My Grandma speaks volumes about it.
