Looking for cheap health/spa break in England?

I really want a few days away to pamper and relax, but all the spas I have found so far are so expensive! Any ideas on somewhere I can relax, meditate, have spa facilities etc? It doens’t have to be posh hotel, a small commune retreat would be fine. All answers welcome. Thankyou!

Carden park hall in cheshire, also home to the england football team, very reasonible rates. I’m off there next weekend for a pamper while the other half plays golf. Chester is a great shopping centre too, nice little shops xx hope this helps. try this link xx
