Know a good health spa in the UK that offers a programme to treat stress?


Really depends on what you want. Good combination for a real chillout and spoiler is a specialist B&B in Skye with literally 100yds away a Holistic Therapist plus a Qualified Mountain Guide for walks if you want them. The B&B has Sauna etc and the site is smack in the middle of the Cuillin Mountains some of the most spectacular in Britain.
