There is no law requiring the place furnish you with what you want. Believe it or not, a business is allowed to lie to you. And they can charge "whatever the market will bear"—that’s a standard term in business.
You’re obviously angry, probably because the salon operator is playing some sort of game wiith pricing, and I’d imagine you don’t wish to be a sucker. If you were my special gal, I’d be telling you to consider going elsewhere—that’s your privilege and probably a good idea.
Legal complaints leading to litigation must involve damages. You haven’t been damaged and that’s key to this situation. Nobody has ripped you off or hurt you. Insults to your intelligence don’t count. LOL

Shampooist and assistants make about minimum wage…since they are generally in training.
Trained stylists can make from about 28k – 50k, depending on their education, skills, friendliness( draws clientele) and the level of exclusivity of the salon.

I’ve only waxed my eyebrows once,years ago.
I might go to the beauty salon in a week or two and school starts on Aug 20th. I want to do my eyebrows with the ‘arch’ look.
I want them to be this way till school starts,I might not be able to do them constantly because I don’t go to the beauty salon as often.
How long do you think they will last this way of if you get them down how long does it usually last for you.
I don’t know, but I usually get them waxed, maybe, once a year, and then tweaze them myself when I start to see hair popping back up.
It’s cheaper and faster. And that way you maintain a good shape [ i.e.- "Arch"].
