Beauty Is Not How Skinny You Can Be!
Stop trying to look like someone else! Being beautiful is not how skinny you can be!
We have been lead to believe that if you can’t fit into the smallest dress size possible then forget it, you’re not beautiful.
Who came up with that? And why do we believe it? No matter how much you try you may never get to that special number. You probably weren’t born with that body type!
What’s wrong with being at any size as long as you are in good health?
I admired Oprah for realizing no matter how much she tries she will never be a tiny size. But every time her weight changes, “the bad outside influences” make her forget. Don’t let it. You are the beautiful one! Continue revolutionizing the industry we’re right behind you.
Right now Sophia and all of her classmates do not use what size someone is to determine how beautiful a person is. EVERYONE is beautiful in their own unique way. How do kids know that? Soon the entertainment industry and others, will start to tell them otherwise. I hope I will be able to remind Sophia of what true beauty is and how she knew it all along, and not what someone else wants her to think it is.

She may not be fat or ugly when she grows up, but that doesn’t mean she won’t see herself that way. That’s the point in this video. People with no problems, who are healthy and lovely, are still killing themselves to fit a mold.
