   I highly recommend Thailand. While in Bangkok, there are lots of shops, both high-ended located in hotels and very reasonably priced service saloons every street corner. Looking for fashion, it’s there too. Even outside Bangkok, you will always find fashion and beauty treatment needs or even luxurious pampering even in the mountain resorts as Chang Mai. Couple this experience with food tripping, foot massage and body scrub.

   I think Dubai is better. there are lots of shopping malls and even doctors who come from different parts of the world to earn money in Dubai.
