SHOULD I TAKE UP A BEAUTY TREATMENT FOR MY WEDDING TO GET FLAWLESS SKIN?

My wedding is exactly a month from now and as everyone almost, i too have a skin that"s pigmented around the elbows and neck….what should i do?..the parlours offer me treatments around 8k!! what should i do? does home remedies like raw turmeric help?…..ppl say that i have excallent skin but i want glow and fairer skin on my big-day…!!! plZ HELP..!!
