Beauty therapists and spa therapist question?

Are beauty therapists or spa therapists allowed tattoos on their hands?
i dont mean covered i just mean one tattoo on the side of my hand!

Yes. Because the tatoos no matter how much you wash, get wet or stuff, never got away. I mean the real 1´s not the 1 that the kids find on the cheetos lol.
