How do you take off nails that were put on In the Beauty salon?
Ok i went to the beauty salon and i got nails with the Powder stuff and liquid in your hands to make the plastic for the nails. But 2 weeks after i got them one of the Instantantly broke off so i want to take the rest of them off so my Ques.is how can you take them off? Thanks ☼
yes do what they said… BUT be careful b/c one of my friends actually ripped her real nail off with it! It was pretty gross. I’d just go back and pay a few dollars to get another one put on the finger the nail fell off of.. otherwise you might just have to wait and let them come off by themselves. I dunno thats what i do.
ouch..they jam a thing under ur real nail…

You can go back to the salon and get them soaked off for maybe about $10-$15 , or you can go to the beauty salon and buy acetone and soak them off yourself . But if your are scared to do it yourself then i would recommend going back to the salon .

Soak them for 45 minutes in nail polish remover or a little longer. Then they should come off. You’ll have the buff them to get the glue off. If you don’t want to be bothered just go back to the nail salon and ask for a manicure they will take them off for you.

acetone from a beauty supply store.

Soak them in acetone, they turn to jelly and you can peel them off then file the rest down. It’s quite easy but the acetone can burn if you have sensitive skin.

Soak them in ACETONE nail polish remover.
If it’s NON-ACETONE remover…it won’t work.

nail polish remover.. WITH Acetone.. or straight acetone.. you will need to soak them for quite a while.. the nails will pretty much dissolve.. but i would highly recomment some hydration for the nails/hands afterwards.. because acetone is a solvent.. and it dries your nails/hands/fingers right up.
Good luck..
PS.. it’s worth the $10 to go to the salon and have them take them off.. I’ve done both..

Nail polish remover does not work to remove acrylic nails.
Do not chew them off or rip them off.
To start, if the acrylic has a gel coat then you will have to remove that before doing anything else. Take a nail file and file the nails to break the gel seal.
Buy some pure acetone. Pour some into a glass bowl. You can only soak one hand at a time. Soak the nails for about 20 minutes. Without removing the nails from the acetone, use an orangewood stick to scrape off the loosened product. Soak and scrape until all the product is off. You can use a very fine grit buffer to smooth the natural nail when done.
